How much does VerdictMind cost?
VerdictMind is priced per user, per month: Core is $65 per user per month, and Pro is $130 per user per month. Pro adds AI and the Client Portal. Volume pricing is available for larger teams.
Does VerdictMind have AI features?
Yes. VerdictMind can generate plain-language case summaries and lets you search your caseload in plain English. AI features are part of the Pro plan.
Does VerdictMind include a client portal?
Yes. VerdictMind includes a secure client portal that shows each client only what you choose to share — never your internal notes, finances, or records. The Client Portal is part of the Pro plan.
Can clients receive text updates?
Yes. VerdictMind can send case updates to clients by text, with built-in opt-in and opt-out handling.
Which jurisdictions does VerdictMind support?
VerdictMind can manage matters for any jurisdiction. Its jurisdiction-aware deadline tracking — including statute-of-limitations and government-claim deadlines — currently covers Nevada and California.
How is my data protected?
VerdictMind is hosted on HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure under a Business Associate Agreement with AWS, encrypts data in transit and at rest, isolates each firm's data, and keeps an audit trail of changes. A Business Associate Agreement is available for firms that need one.
